Sessions are held via video call. Before we meet, you’ll complete a short form so we understand your goals. During the call, we’ll talk through what’s happening, watch any video clips you’ve sent, demonstrate techniques (if needed), and build a clear action plan. You’ll leave with practical steps to get started straight away!
